This province, also known as ‘The Cradle of Light Rum’, offers a unique microclimate where the sun-soaked skies, verdant mountains, and the Caribbean Sea meet, offering the perfect growing conditions for aromatically sweet, balanced sugarcane which is uniquely imbued with minerality from the sea. This rare sugarcane is used to produce a light, balanced and naturally sweet style of rum, unique to anywhere else on the island – and the world.
